The day I met Krystle and Ryan we had a small snow storm... you know, the one that really doesn't affect anything since we live in Wisconsin. Since, Ryan was a little bit late, I heard the WHOLE engagement story... rose petals and all :)
And, once Ryan arrived, you can tell they are a much-in-love couple... rose petals and all.
Even though their wedding isn't until next year, Krystle and Ryan opted for an engagement session this year... in snow. And guess what? Yes, we had a snow storm on the day of their engagement session. This time we had to move the session to a following day... and oh, boy! It was so much fun!
We had arrived at the Nordic Mountain ( http://nordicmountain.com) right in the early morning.
Be still my heart... The most perfect photo of the day
The chalet of the Nordic Mountain is super charming...
I love how Krystle brought props... It always make the session so much more personal.
Snow boarding photos... oh, yeah! Sure! I'm a fearless photographer... We are staying on the bottom of the hill, right?
You mean... we are going up the hill... like on a ski lift! (My heart is going to jump out of my chest, but the opportunity is too great to miss (even though, I am super afraid of heights, I ALWAYS climb, just ask anyone that really knows me)).
I'm not surprised that Ryan proposed in this spot... The view is SPECTACULAR!
I'm so happy that I could 'go' snowboarding. The couple, views and overall experience was wonderful.
Thank you, Krystle & Ryan, for making me a part of your life's milestone. I'm looking forward to your wedding.
Thank you. Dziekuje.
