Emily and Alec’s wedding was the first regular celebration of this Covid 2020 season. And what a celebration it was!! Family, friends, tears of joy, smiles, and little details made this a one great day!!

RACHAEL & JASON - ST. JOHN SACRED HEART PARISH CEREMONY & BRIDGEWOOD RESORT HOTEL RECEPTION PHOTOGRAPHER - SHERWOOD AND NEENAH, WI - GOSIA'S PHOTOGRAPHY

I met Rachael and Jason for the first time just four days before their wedding day... and they are absolutely awesome! Fun, funny, totally in love with each other, in other words, an ideal couple! And, let's not forget to mention their family and friends!

Each wedding I try to come up with a 'different' way of photographing wedding details. St. John Sacred Heart Church has beautiful windows... I used them as the backdrops.

Rachael and Jason wanted to do a 'corner shot.' That's when the couple are in the same room, but choose not to see each other. The bridal room didn't have any good corners ;) so I had to get creative and use closet doors as the divider.

I have been photographing weddings for thirteen years and this is the first time when the bride and the groom sat in two different aisles. Although a little bit different, it created a different point of view during the ceremony.

This sums it up... I love this photograph!

The bridal party took a short drive to High Cliff State Park in Sherwood. The portraits turned out beautifully. 

It's their college tradition...

The reception took place at the Bridgewood Resort Hotel. From vintage cake topper to flowers from Phase2 Floral to the music band, The Presidents... it was a perfect night!

DANIELLE & KEVIN - ST. BERNADETTE PARISH CEREMONY AND GRAND MERIDIAN RECEPTION PHOTOGRAPHER - APPLETON, WI

Two worlds came together this past weekend in an union of a beautiful Wisconsinite and a handsome Irish-Chicagoan... And, what a day that it was!!

Bridal detail...

I loved Danielle's shoes... classy Badgley Mishkas and whimsy Toms.

Danielle got ready at her parents' house in Appleton.

Laughter and happy tears...

Meanwhile, the guys were getting ready at Radisson Paper Valley (thank you, Elegant Exposure for capturing Kevin and the guys at the hotel).

A beautifully happy moment...

They exchanged their vows at St. Bernadette Parish in Appleton.

I love how the apple tree blossom shadows dance in these photos... a perfect combination to the lace. 

Danielle made a beautiful bride.

We ventured to the historic Fox River Mills apartments for more photos.

The Grand Meridian was the perfect background for Danielle and Kevin's elegant reception.

There were a lot of Kentucky Derby fans at this wedding... they all cheered their favorites.

Kevin and his mom kicked off the dancing portion of the evening…

From slow dances, to an Irish jig, to limbo, to singing... it was definitely one evening no one will forget any time soon!

Kelsey & Ryan - Holiday Inn wedding ceremony and reception photographer - Appleton, WI

Although the rain interfered with Kelsey and Ryan's hope for an outdoor ceremony, it didn't dampen their big day. And, in the end, we had some warm sun rays... just in time for their outdoor photos.
